Boyce Park Skatepark, Monroeville, PA

Pittsburgh area's newest skatepark, Boyce Park Skatepark is finally open. It's located in Monroeville, PA right near the wave pool at Boyce Park. This park is an awesome park, with medium to large sized bowls and a street area as well.

It's time to boycott this park. Honestly the rules they have on protective equipment should stop with a helmet. The cop closed the park today to anyone trying to get in without "Helmet, wrist guards, knee and elbow pads, and ankle guards. It's truely ridiculous that they require all of that to be allowed entry. We need to petition the county into getting the strict rules tuned down about 45 notches. A good example to use is Imperial. Anyone you know that would help in the cause please respond back to this so we can get the ball rolling

hell yes. now come on a helment is the onlything that should be enforced. the only reason you need it is to make sure you dont end up retard. kids get scraps on there knees and elbows every day. its no big deal. kids trip on the side walk and get just as hurt as some falls on a skatebored. so what r cops going to make kids walking around the streets wear pads to. just come on!
